Mother Baby Bonding

Thriving Postpartum Training

Perhaps you're feeling completely caught off guard by the challenges of transitioning into parenthood and caring for a newborn. You thought the postpartum time would be full of joy and baby bliss, but instead, you're feeling overwhelmed, and like your life is turned upside down. You don't feel like yourself and you're wondering if life will ever feel the same again.

Hear this,

You and your baby were made for each other. You are the best person to care for your little one.  If your postpartum transition is causing any doubt about that, I get it, and I'm here to help.

Happy Baby

As an experienced occupational therapist, my goal is to help you manage the changes that come with having a newborn, ensuring you thrive in taking care of both yourself and your baby. Unlike postpartum doula services that perform tasks for you, my approach is centered around empowering you to take charge of your new lifestyle with confidence and ease. I provide personalized guidance to identify what's working well in your current routine and what areas you wish to improve.

Occupational therapists have the expertise to help families transition in the postpartum period because we are trained to understand the complex interplay of physical, emotional, and environmental factors that impact daily life. We use this holistic perspective to create practical, individualized strategies that support your unique needs in the postpartum time.

Thriving Postpartum Training

Lets build a sustainable and fulfilling lifestyle for you and your family.
